It was created so that Rolls Royce would legally conform to the EU emissions reduction (35%). So they magically created a ‘City Car’. It is the very same reason Aston Martin created their ‘Cygnet’. Essentially... their optimistic and classic approach to the Toyota iQ. Thanks for the video. It was worth my second watch. (From Canada).

I have the 2012 Inspired by Goodwood in the Diamond Black with manual transmission. Traded my 2007 Mustang GT for it in 2014 when the Mini was used with 14k miles and like new. Still love it in 2019.

@@automotiveguy5907 I guess you have never driven a Mini. I've had cool cars but the Mini is the most fun to drive by far. Puts a smile on your face every time. The Getrag 6 speed is the best shifting tranny I ever used and most of my cars have been manual. It's a joy to shift gears and a joy to turn the steering wheel in the Mini. The Mustang was faster but the Mini is a ball and the stereo better than the Mustang's Shaker 500. What do you drive?

@@SqeakyToy Fair enough people like what they like. My point is paying big money is a no brainer. You want to go out and see places, it's not a MINI world no pun intended. I drive the range rover SVR, I've driven all three generations of the MINI, I do like third-generation but Mustang is beautiful and looks way superior so I was shocked by your comment.

@@automotiveguy5907 That Mustang was the best looking car I've owned no doubt. Vista blue spoiler delete and I put in a Hurst shifter. Showed my buddies the Goodwood and they liked it so much they said it was a "no brainer" to switch.

Because it didn’t had that opulent and luxurious look that Rolls-Royce have so they removed it to suit the character of the vehicle
