Heck Yeah!! We Did it! The Biggest Building is finally done. We completed a project we thought at many times would never get done. In just under 40 days, we built a massive 96'x304' structure, and I believe we did it with high precision and quality that we are both very proud of.
Let me know what your favorite part of this build was.

As a past garage door installer and owner until the cancer disabled me. I want to acknowledge that you know and understand what installation of the door and opener require for headroom. We did quite a bit of new construction for quite a few different contractors and only very few knew and retained the requirements of installation. So many times we were framing out before the work could be done. So kudos to you!🇺🇸🙏

Whilst filming too!! I know there's specialist video guy getting the actual shots, but Kyle spends a LOT of time explaining things, and doing things slower for the benefit of the camera/audience. Imagine the speed if they were just doing the work and not explaining! So impressive.

@ghettobirdish no they're not. They are so often times worth less because people relocating from high cost housing locals like Cali, Chicago, NYC etc and inflating our southern and Midwestern markets to the point locals can no longer afford upgraded housing. Maybe you aren't getting the brunt of the increase but you're getting a good chunk of it if you work in this area and are actually worth your salt.

For someone like me who is not a builder, this project is mind-blowing. This huge building, and yet at the end, you were trimming an inch off of the corner trim to make it perfect. Excellent

You guys have produced a great building that hasn’t been in any way skimped but rather clearly planned out to the finest of margins. To have achieved it in 39 days is incredible. Well done to you and Greg and also to Junior (sorry Cole 😂) and Zack for their contributions. If someone had told me I would be watching every moment of a building construction in another country and enjoy it so much, I would have laughed in their face. But I am now an RR junkie and cannot wait for my next fix. 😎

"Tell your engineer" haha I'm over here drawing out my dream shop on a napkin and will probably get somebody's uncle Cletus to help me put it up. However, I love this channel and to watch the pure artistry inherent in the buildings you and Greg build. I especially like the amount of tools you've acquired in your career to make non trivial work, trivial. When I'm talking to friends about this, I point to this channel and say, "This is how it's done!"

Yeah, getting all that metal on and finishing everything but a little drag-out inside has to be gratifying, Kyle! I think when Zach came out to help on the screwing off the roof, was the first I remember ever hearing him talk on video! Most people never even realized it was anyone else besides you and Greg. I remember seeing comments from people years ago when the would mention two people doing the work, and I remember pointing out there was Zach floating around in the background in the build, lol

39 days is very impressive. Yes, please do a bracing video. If strong winds hit the 304 ft. side of the building, how will it not be pushed over. The only thing I can see that will keep it from flexing is the post brackets and the roof but you would think that it might need a knee brace at the top of the post to bottom cord of the roof rafter.
