How did you uninstall the board without damaging it and reinstall it? And what did you do to the holes on the boards that you made mistake on to reinstall it? I know that it had been 4 years since you made this video but I am in the same predicament but I did not know how to fix it.

How do I attach my rafters to my outside walls with no overhang, no birds mouth. I can’t go any further than the outside edge of the stud wall. The only weight this is supporting is the wood itself and the drywall. Building vaulted ceiling within an already existing metal building.

i am curious, can water get between the boards and battens? If it does is it enough to matter over time? I would think some water will ooze behind the battens.

those heads are available to be used as an attachment to a power drill. amazon has these attachments for less than $40. the product in this film is really too expensive. the cutter wheels are probably not as good as these but for $40 they can be thrown aways. I don't know about the pros.
