He is gonna wreak havoc with the Mahabharata....he has got the sense of drama...he has the sense of scale...and most importantly he has the love for the source material...all he needs is the appropriate budget and figuring out the story (what's imp and what's not) and not portray the characters as good or bad and BOOM we have the greatest film India has ever witnessed

I think budget won’t be an issue. If it’s Rajamouli - ppl will be ready to invest even 1000cr. Also his 100% success ratio and his ability to set benchmark with every movie makes him the most reliable filmmaker ever. In an interview Rajamouli sir said that he likes Grey characters and he love Mahabharat for that aspect. Sadly he will probably take a decade to make those movies. But i am sure he will deliver it.

India is an a pinnacle of becoming very big in the coming decades and Indian cinema shouldn’t let western studios to take over the market share in India.When Bollywood on the other is literally offering up Indian market share on a silver platter.

Woooaaahh !! Mahabharat teaser at the end. There were rumors which I didn't believe but this ACTUALLY confirms it ! If SSR takes around 3 years for a movie, Mahabharat will be at least a 4 part mega epic and probably his final work. And he is the ONLY director in India who has the ethic, nuance and the artistry to execute it honestly and perfectly on big screen.

He will probably take a Decade to make Mahabharat in 3-4 movies. Good that he doesn’t rush and deliver mediocre product. Rajamouli sir takes time and when he delivers, it’s always Top notch. If i can trust someone to make Indian epics like Mahabharat and Ramayan - it is Rajamouli sir. The man has 100% success ratio and that too setting benchmarks with every movie. 🙏

he is one of the most successful director's,, made movies like Bahubali RRR etc, still saying he need to learn a lot to make Mahabharat . now that's a true devotee to his dream. probably he will start shooting Mahabharat+- 8-10 yrs and shooting will go for 4 yrs each part, atleast 4-5 parts...I can bet he may become greatest director of all time world has ever seen

SS Rajamouli is a saiyan warrior like Goku. His every movie is more refined than his previous work and he's already moving towards achieving his final form. He gets zenkai boost like Goku does after every battle and shows signs of ramayana and mahabharata in his movies more profoundly as Goku showed glimpses of Ultra Instinct in his normal super saiyan forms. SS Rajamouli's Ultra Instinct is Mahabharata and he will achieve it in a decade or so. I want to see him directing DBZ movie because he's the only director in the world's who has the vision, skills and experience to direct a movie with such dramatic over the top action sequences. Can't wait for the next movie from the Rajamouliverse.

The story of Mahabharata requires subtlety. Rajamouli is a great director but his films are on the nose and over the top. He can certainly create excellent scenes which are inspired by it but not the entire story.
