Another beautiful well made video and great footage of the Bitterns. I was lucky enough to see one fly by two years ago on my one and only visit to Minsmere. It’s a beautiful place but very busy and I was surprised to see a lot of people with dogs, letting them run around off the lead, whilst I was there. Still enjoyed it and had a good day though. Thanks for the vid 👍🏻

Thanks, we've been pretty lucky in seeing Bitterns there and it does get busy, that's why we got there early and dogs should be kept on leads or even banned, I have dogs of my own but I wouldn't walk them on a reserve. I think a lot of dog walkers enter the reserve from Dunwich Heath and the beach, thanks again:-)

Looks like a nice place Graham. I went to RSPB Leighton Moss recently but didn't hear or see any Bitterns. They are there...somewhere!

Cheers Steve, we went to Leighton Moss about four years ago and we didn't see any there either but we've been to Minsmere around four times and seen Bitterns every time apart from once:-)

Great footage and brilliant story telling! I recently visited Minsmere and managed to get some footage of some bearded tits but no bittern or Dartford warbler. I did get lucky with seeing some red deer rutting action on westleton heath too.
