RSV4 engine tear down, Part 1

(NOTE: This is not my motorcycle. I am doing this work for a friend so he can find out exactly what went wrong inside this engine to cause it to explode while riding on Circuit of The Americas. I own a 2013 RSV4 identical to this one but mine has not yet exploded. However I have a log of 11 friends, acquaintances, customers and KZbin subscribers who have suffered the exact same failures in their RSV4s.)
Opening the engine of a 2,500 mile 2013 aprilia RSV4 Factory after it exploded while riding on Circuit of The Americas.
I found a series of assembly errors including bolts coming loose, parts assembled upside down and damaged components

Addendum: This engine was approximately 6 months old when the explosion happened. Piaggio denied the warranty claim, even despite the fact that the owner was a former Piaggio employee.
