I bought my rsx-s new in 2005 and it's still my daily drive. Drive it chill and you get civic mileage, drive more aggressively and it's a bit less. I've also used just regular unleaded since the 1st year and she's never let me down. No $50 fill ups needed.

Please tell me you didn't swap that motor for 20 flywheel hp, right? You would have reclaimed that full trivial hp gap with a CAI and Hondata ECU reflash for $500 total. Fuel cut is reset to 8,600 RPM. The Type S uses Type R exhaust springs and combo Type R / S2000 intake springs.

Hey bro, sick car I also have a black type s on rpf1s lol but I had a question about the exhaust. Is the alpha header a direct bolt on to the hks exhaust that’s what I’m trying to order but I don’t want to have to weld something.

I own a black 05 type s with skunk2 alpha headers + hks hi power exhaust. They bolt right in but you need to remove the oil filter to fit them in, they’re also very tight in there with a stock sway bar.
