I watched this podcast twice, only because I love seeing these three together. The time that passes between when they get to sit down and catch up makes for great stories. A good way to deal with flooding (yours, natural, or neighbors (flat owners/renters) is to install water sensors. Most are dirt cheap, we're talking under 10 dollars (equivalent off the top of my head for Euro, cause i'm from Europe) for a pack of 15. They are the smoke detectors of the water world, powered by a single 3AAA battery, you double face tape it to any area that might have standing water, kitchen, bathroom, hallways, cellars, etc. Best freaking investment you can make as new owner or renter for your deposit.
