Matthew Bakos I gotta agree, though I never actually watched Transformers as a child. The new one looks like Asian toys or something. Sky-diving with a cord is typically called "static line", at least where I'm from. It's phenomenal - though having to check/control your own chute opening and descent is terrifying. From 3500ft the LZ looks like a postage stamp and trying to hit it is a nightmare. Still; best thing ever :)

That Superman time travel scene with the Earth spinning backwards is a universally misinterpreted scene. Superman went back in time by flying faster than light, and the earth spinning backwards was just a visual cue to let you know that time travel was happening. Superman did not reverse the Earth's rotation to go back in time.

If you know you will not be needing housekeeping please let the front desk know upon checking in so we can let the housekeepers know. and r/TalesFromTheFrontDesk is awesome

37:45 you got the cause and effect backwards. Superman did not stop and reverse the Earth rotation to cause time to reverse. He stopped and reversed time which made the Earth rotate backward. For example, film a ball rotating then play the video back in reverse.

And after the mission SHIELD wipes everyone's memories. It's a pretty crazy comic.

As a hotel manager the reason why the housekeepers are so insistent on cleaning your room is because they don't get paid for that room. Depending on the hotel they get paid by the hour or by the number of rooms they clean. So by someone not wanting their room to be cleaned that day they miss out on that money.
