I’m not a big marvel fan I’ve seen nearly all the movies but am I wrong in saying Burnie is wrong and Thor doesn’t need a new weapon to use his power but it helps channel it? I feel like they said in ragnarok that the hammer was just to help channel his lightning

i have a google pixel 2 XL and it uses usb c, and i have never been happier. it's so weird that such a little thing can make such a big difference in the overall experience when it's just that good. and now that more and more things are using usb c as well, it just keeps getting better. absolutely love it (and it is MILES better than micro usb, just sayin) edit: ALSO, i don't know if this has anything to do with the usb c plug itself, or it's just the cable or the charging block i use, but my phone charges faster now than any other phone i've had before. literally 0%-100% in like a couple hours, and the battery can last more than a day with constant use.

The European plug with the 2 prongs is the best! You can have as small of a grip as possible and it saves space for connectors. Also you can still yank it by the cord and unplug it. The safety and strong holding of the plug depends on the socket. If you have a good socket you are set.

Per the USBC discussion; I think we need one standard for everything; whether it's usb c or lightning, if one is decided on, everything else can be developed with it moving forward. Adapters for "x" connector to usb c are pretty cheap to make, given what I've seen price wise for OTG cables.

I think USBC is meant to be the new standard that is being introduced. Lightning won't be the standard as it's only for apple but apple may also be annoying as usual and refuse to adopt USBC. Currently I think we just at the point of a lot of devices moving over to USBC
