The irish are such a nice people, friendly and a lot to talk, good humor, i love the irish, we have been there so long, in hollidays, in september and october, i wish we good be there this year...perhaps some day...🍀☘️

I was in Goleen a few years ago. I went to see Denny O'Meara his bar is there in the corner somewhere. It's a great placelovely to see it again.

I know this is years later, but I'm very glad that you got to come down to our beautiful village and go to Denny's! It's very rare I ever see anything about our village, but I love to see the beautiful comments anyway❤

Growing up my whole life just about a half mile away from goleen, in ballydevlin, we always waited for the postman to come down, it was a very special thing and we always ran outside to meet him. The Sheehan's are amazing people, and we still know their family to this day!❤

A sweet story about a very special place. My ancestors going back several hundred years were from this parish I am proud to say. There was a gentleness about these folks that you don't see as often today.
