In the Team Rocket hideout, you only have to go past one or two Persian statues before you can access a switch to turn them all off. In a side path, there's a computer sitting there that if you interact with, it deactivates the alarm system.

I've never really considered.....would gym leaders challenge each other? I guess in the real world the route that you take on your journey wouldn't be set but what happens if the 6th gym leader is stronger than the 4th? Additionally due to massive type advantages you could likely take out a higher ranked gym with some luck

If memory serves, the Daycare functions not off actual time passage but steps you take, so you could actually dump someone in there whilst you travel then come back once you get Fly to see where they're at. That is assuming you want to use it for the Nuzlocke.

So a quick heads up rt. In nuzlockes their is a rule called species clause. This allows you to get a new encounter if your first encounter on a route is in the same evolutionary species as a previous capture.
