For certain games you should of picked out area's where action is happening because while for Warzone as an example walking around with nothing to do can always show higher frames but with actual actions happening it could dip down to like the low 50's high 40's instead and for CP2077 as well just driving around does tend to push out the GPU performance but majority of the game you're spending more times walking and shooting and when you have most of the fast travel locations you're not really driving all that much unless it is for a mission where you would need to do that.

Max-Q models would use less wattage so a normal 3050 would use 80w while a Max-Q model would only use 35w instead which would result to less performance so if we take Control as an example the normal would get around 45fps while the Max-Q would get around 38fps but of course with DLSS you could get close to /over 60fps.

my acer nitro 5 has same spec as you but my i 3050ti. In Nvidia control panel say my card has 75w but in game it only hit 60w, i also try with furmark and it hit 75w, can you help me out ( sorry for bad english )
