I don't think 4070 can handle this game in 4k.

It could if DLSS 3 was properly implemented. Frame Generation with the mod uses more VRAM than native resolution, when in fact it saves up to 1.5GB at 4K even with DLSS 3.

It's due to lack of VRAM, partially due to the mod adding VRAM when enabling FG.
