Last few years I had felt an absolute drain on my ability to do anything so I went and had a blood panel done and my T levels were in the low 300 range. Explained why I felt like shit and had not been able to make any improvements in quite awhile. Got on just a moderate test staying in normal range and it's made a big difference. I'm 39 and just train for fun and to be healthy.

I love this talk Larry, but as an average joe going to the doctor about this; the majority of doctors know nothing about PEDs. That's a huge struggle I've faced. Even clinics, they only want your money. Its very rare to find a doctor or clinic that is actually willing to listen and help you.

I did about 10 weeks of test E and Anavar cycle. I am off cycle for now 5 weeks, started my pct with clomid only, 2 weeks after my last injection i started my pct. Now i am 3 weeks on clomid and i feel myself so much better then 3 weeks before. I feeled the crash in the hormone levels and it was terrible, i felt myself like a 100 year old man, no libido, tired asf. But it lasted only for 2-4 days and i bounched back to normal. Now i feel myself amazing and normal again. I think i did it correctly. Also lost only water retention. I gained 9kg in 8 weeks, then lost max 3kg at pct, but now i gained the water retention again like 2 kg now i am at 86kg, and i was at 88kg end cycle. My lifts also stayed almost the same, i just dont have the endurance like on gear, but its okay because i trained naturally 2/6 years and i also trained hard and my diet was also on point. I learned that i still have a lot of room to improve naturally and this is my aim now.

@@joelerk6298 i took anavar for 3 weeks straight with 30mg eod+ 300mg of test E e5d. After 3 weeks i stopped taking it because i got too much pump from it. Made a 3weeks oral break( i was still taking test ofc) then started to take it again at the end of my cycle at 50mg eod, i had so much power, i literally felt like i could press any weight. The aim was to get stronger i took var for it and it helped a lot !

Some people it really works, others they may as well have just gradually lowered and spaced doses out over time. *I knew without Larry saying it he was on blast and cruise.* He goes 100% year round and makes consistent progress. I'm 44, so from my POV the risks of staying on year-round are "well if it were me".

One way to know if your underground gear is probably of better/good quality is if it's in ampules or not. Putting gear in ampules costs more money and takes way more time and effort to do. Why would a scammer who tries to sell fake/underdosed gear go through all that hassle and extra money when he can just put it in a vial. Also brands that sell in ampules a lot of the times have codes on the back to check if it's a real product from them on their website. They are in it for the long run and not for a quick scam since they want to make a name for themselves and want a good reputation. Also Ampules have less chance of being contaminated.

No for these substances, whey and creatine are enough for me. After a break of 10- 12 years, training for 2.5 years and the bench is running again. 100kg x22, 103kg 13x10 and 103kg 11x12. I think they are perfectly acceptable results in natural.Hopefully, the maximum length of one set will soon increase to 25 repetitions with 100 kg.
