The absolute best video you’ve put out in so long . Calum actually talking about interesting topics and questions then it gets so little attention. Getting slapped in the face gets all the attention instead. Shows how stupid we are as a society. I couldn’t finish the slap video it was so ridiculous. Views aren’t everything. I get that’s how you get paid but there are ways to be genuine and get views. You can only create clickbait videos so long. You are only attracting the short attention span viewers who will abandon you for the next clickbait type account .

30:10 same for me its like with every set i do my legs are warming up more and the power of my legs releases with every set. Its like how more sets i do how stronger my legs get by each set. I only have this with legs. With chest or back i get tired by each set. Could it be the growth hormone from training legs ? Anybody knows why?
@lg20a15 ай бұрын
It happens to me with every muscle group, I think it's not growth hormone, it's our CNS(central nervous system) "waking up", probably you get it only with legs because when you do chest or back you do a lot of exercises and get tired fast compared when you do legs? Or maybe you aren't recovering/resting well between sets when you do back or chest... that may be the reason 🤔
@Lambo_5675 ай бұрын
@@lg20a1 with back and chest the second set i can do always less reps then i did on the first set. With legs i need a lot of sets to finally warmed up good and then i do a working set where i can get the most out of it. I think my resttime is same for all musclegroups i wait arround 3mins. Could it be something with atm? I dont know if cns has to do something with it

5x5 can be powerlifting or bodybuilding, it’s not the amount of reps or sets it’s the time under tension, when I used to powerlift I could do a heavy 5 reps on bench press in 10 seconds and that’s fine because you are just trying to get from point a to point b as quickly as you can, whereas in bodybuilding you can take those 5 reps but do a 3 second negative with a second pause at the bottom which will rip your muscles a lot more. Make sense?
