This is the answer to the question. The israeli government is cutting down the electricity for a many hours a day. They still have the time to record it and post it when they have the time to do that. Palestinians respect the water because they don't have much of it. Or maybe you're not intelligent enough to get the part where they do it to show that all they have is rubble. Obvious israeli paid troll is obvious. Rubble is broken parts of buildings, houses etc, which normally consist of concrete, bricks, sand, rocks. In this case, it's remnants of blown up buildings.
