Nonya Bizness true but in full guard back takes and kimuras and sweeps are just sitting there I can see why half guard is bad news because half guard is the easiest to escape only way you can survive in half guard if you have under hook and stronger person is most likely gonna get under hook but still you can do the Williams guard if you don’t have under hook and Williams guard is powerful I used it on someone who was 260 and got a nice choke from there and a hip bump is a very powerful sweep from full guard my friend weighs 140 and he was rolling with someone 290 they are both purple belts and my friend got the hip bump sweep first try

@@sinskieprodigy well I think its all relative to what your specialty is. You cannot master everything. So with that I see why sort people abandon closed guard. Im sort. Ill play closed guard is I land there or when I need it. Im just a blue but I been liking half to arrest my opponent then going to butterfly sweep. If its not there, I stand up and go for front headlock. From there I can guillotine or hit a spin behind and hunt for the back. It they stand...X guard. Or stand and fight for takedown I hate buttscooting long.

Kaylee Campbell if he wanted to win the match maybe he should have tried a takedown. Or a sweep. Or a different submission, or tried not to butt scoot. Hot take : if Paulo and his brother actually bothered to adapt and play any other game or develop any other style other than the same shit they have been playing for 10 years they wouldn’t lose all these big matches to people who are too competitors and know their game extremely well. The butt scooting and using only a very one dimensional game was a good thing and a good argument before people had an answer for it. Keenan Cornelius has beaten the Miyao brothers 9 times . NINE TIMES. The secret is out and people are figuring out how to disengage from their attacks and to defend the back and stop their hips . They simply need to develop more and keep evolving because the rest of the competitive pack have caught up and are exceeding them. Don’t blame advantages or penalty points . If he had gotten an actual takedown he would have won and you wouldn’t be all salty over it

I think the BJJ point system should be: 1 point top of guard 2 points side or knee mount 3 for mount 4 for back And thats all! Sweeps only count if your position is dominant.
