This man is an awe-inspiring WIZARD on the guitar. He can play literally anything. Every time I see him play, I feel like throwing my guitar out the window hahaha

Guthrie also plays in the Hans Zimmer live band. If they happen to do a new tour in 2018 do yourself a favor and go check it out because it's an amazing show. Never in my life have I gotten chills as much as seeing that show this year (twice).

He actually preformed live and on 2 Steven Wilson albums: 'The Raven that Refused to Sing' and 'Hand. Cannot. Erase'. He also has a band you should totally check out, The Aristocrats, wich features Marco Minnemann that used to play with Steven Wilson.

Indeed. It's just a shame he no longer plays in the band and I'm pretty sure there's no live versions with Guthrie (and Marco) so it's nowhere near the studio version.

One more cathartic Cantrell song that’s close to my heart. He actually played this live as a tribute to Layne Staley just after he learned of his death in 2002. “Solitude”.
