It seems to me Majid is gearing more towards traditional elements in his style compared to when he was gliding and being really abstract and experimental. It's all good, but to me it feels that the more he turns to the roots, the less impact his style is making because he's still keeping the whole puppet aesthetic like Diablo. And now it doesn't look special, but awkward...

Not sure it's lite feet but Majids main style is footwork based. It's called Majula or something if I remember rightly but it was something he created. That being said he doesn't use it alot anymore from what I can see.

Majid was incredibly wack. Seems like some of these dancers aren’t even dancers anymore. They are “movement” artists, but then they break form and don’t really have a style. I literally thought Majid was suffering from Parkinson’s Disease this battle 😂 I feel the same way about Paradox about 50% of the time.

@@anonfalco7880 Sure, but every dancer has a *style.* And dance styles come with narrow constraints. Like how popping is different from bopping even though they have incredibly similar foundations. The problem with Majid is that he failed to look coherent or like he was telling a story in this battle. If you are just spazzing, but spazzing with “musicality,” it looks half as good as a dancer who is doing clean, sharp moves and doing it stylishly.

Kuty showed a lot of vocabulary but it felt a bit forced. Majid's tie breaker round was good but I preferred Rubix round important to remember also that Rubix went first so Majid had a whole extra minute to prepare.

I don't like to be a hater but I have to make an exception - Majid's rounds were terrible. You know that feeling when you start cold sweating before giving a presentation? That's what I got when Majid stepped up to do the tie breaker. Then he started flinging his hat around... I'm gonna call him Wrinkle Release. I wish my monitor broke so I didn't watch those rounds. Unfortunately it is still working and so is my brain which will remember those rounds forever. Almost made me uninstall KZbin.
