Thank you lots for this video. I was already making regular walks and some exercises with dumbbells part of my routine to try and lose weight and just be more physically active. This is incredibly accessible and more effective than what I was doing, exactly what I was looking for but didn't know existed.

I have been carrying 1,5l water bottles as weights for years. It is cheap and flexible. For example you can take out one bottle if you plan to carry a heavy winter jacket for a rest at the view point. On top of this, if you do injure yourself you can dispens the water. Getting back to the car with a rolled ankle is way easier with a 8 lbs backpack than a 50 lbs one. But in the end get out and do something 👍🏻
