had the same thought about a repacked foil booster when i pulled a skewer the critics which is like 10 to 20 cent in eu and foil 5-7 euro. 30 times multiplierXD and it saved my day. i payed about half the price for a fuul booster.

For a first Sliver in Foil you get about 30-35€ in europe. Prices in the US seem to be very different.

A store isn't going to pay top price for a card, they need to be able to make a profit, they can sell it at full price, but will buy at a fraction of the full price, it is that way everywhere even in the US, however you can sell your cards to people in your area at full price. Hope this shed some light on the situation.

I'm pretty sure most Mythic, Rare and even Uncommon's have varying rarity -- just like the old U1/U2/U3. Like how some Rare's show up at least once in every booster box (on average), and some Uncommon's are so infrequent as to be nearly "rare."

Card Kingdom has been out of Urza for months......I have bought many single boosters but not boxes and have yet to see an Urza, The First Sliver, Wrenn and Six, Yawgmoth, Echo of Eons, Force of Negation, Ranger-Captain of Eos, Unbound Flourishing.
