Please Can you do a session on how toflex your legs ( quads glutes calves everything) .. We see a lot of Upper body in the you tube but not legs.. And there is a way to flex them but we want you to do it

So you don't flex your glutes on front shots ? I heard ppl telling this could be good to bring up the inner legs...

For me it does bring out my inner legs but my quad sweep goes away for some reason.

These are guidelines, different vibe lengths, muscle insertions, origins and shapes will changed things from person to person. I will say, I’ve never had anyone look better by flexing there glutes though.
