Looks great Tom n Kathy,,that looks the best of any stir fry I’ve ever seen however way down here in North Carolina mountains we can’t get above our raisings ,,simple pintos n cornbread is about as complicated as we cook ,,the wife and I both will not eat garlic or soy sauce ,,it’s not that we just don’t like it ,,we’ve tried,,we have to stay away from others who do eat it ,,the smell is overwhelming,,we like garden greens which we can grow year around, and we don’t even season those with meat or sugar ,,we eat them as they are with maybe red pepper and salt n black pepper,,,we are very plain eaters.

I Love trying ethnic foods, having Slovak parents and growing up eating cabbage, potatoes and meat ifs nice to try new tastes, we have been enjoying East Indian foods lately butter chicken being our favorite but we go easy on the heat level, we both can’t take a lot of spice

@@HKsOutdoorAdventures we like spices but both of us can not swallow one bite of anything with curry in it ,ha ha ha spice to us is salt n pepper and red pepper, love the Mexican food except we won’t eat anything with advocates in it either , man them things are nasty.Tom I would eat a bushel of cucumbers to keep from swallowing one bite of advocato

@@HKsOutdoorAdventures we grew around 300 bushels of tomatoes last summer and I think I ate sixty bushels of them by myself,,we had cantaloupe, watermelon, yellow crooked neck squash, peaches n cream corn, bell peppers cabbage, six kinds of lettuce and a turnip green patch which I cooked every day from October through December,,man they was good.
