I've had mine for about 3-years and have hundreds of rounds through it. No problems....besides a few light loads that didn't cycle the side. Other than that, it's been great. Highly recommend it.....

I have the SR22, a 2012 year model #3600 in the 3.5 inch barrel. I was looking at maybe getting the 4.5 inch barrel model also. I wished Ruger would offer the 4.5 long slide in the silver slide, but all I see is the black offered on their website. Nice video and I like the looks of that silver slide on the SR22.

They're a great pistol for the money. Don't think I'll ever get use to the decocker.

Good review and photography. The SR22 fits my hand well, but I've never shot one. I have a S&W M&P 22 which is a blast to shoot and also has great egos. What I don't like about the S&W M&P 22 and all of the Uberex/Walther built .22's is the paper thin barrel. Take the sleeve off and look how thin the barrel really is - it is interesting. The SR22 has a reasonable barrel with enough steel. Just my thoughts. Great channel BTW.
