I feel so proud that we still have such gem people like Rujuta who are bringing out the significance of our Indian culture and who are proving that local food is the best for us.Also a big salute to our Dadimaaz and Nanimaaz for giving us tasty and time tested recipes.

Love you Rujuta. Even if you are a celebrity, your whole personality is so down to earth, and you are doing an excellent humanitarian work, which people forget when they have money. You are not only taking care of our poverty stricken class but also to the whole nation with your excellent eating advises.

We have similar culture here in Telugu states of Andhra and Telangana where in we invite people for Makar Sankranthi and make the children of the household sit, the adults do a small ritual of pouring a handful of ber over little childrens' heads. Didn't know the logic behind it until now when I watched ur video. We call the ritual "bhogi pallu" , bhogi = regi = ber and pallu = fruits in Telugu. Thanks Rujuta.

Your videos are really great & very helpful . It is a pleasure to watch them . Ma’am , all the veggies & fruits that you talk about are mostly found around Maharashtra & areas around it . Please include things that are more India centric too . Some of the stuff you talk about we haven’t even heard of ! Also, Indians staying abroad cannot follow your food suggestions as these things are not available there too . It would help if you include local food from around each state of India & countries around the world .

Hello Rujuta, I have been benefitting from your videos. Thanks a lot you are sharing your knowledge with us. I need quite help from you. I was pregnant from the August of 2020 and from the second month of my pregnancy I was on the tablets like Emset and Aciloc on a daily basis till my delivery on the completion of nineth month. Due to covid infection I Iost my child in Womb on 28 th April. The infection was asymptomatic and delivery was done normal. But after 2 months of delivery I developed the problem of gastritis and now for about 3 months the problem has become very severe. Allopathy is not able to help. So I had to approach you.
