1.Fig and walnut within 15 mts of waking up. 2. Do not skip breakfast. 3. Include a millet at lunch (jowar, bajra, kuttu, ragi); no mixed millets. 4. Bring back the laddoos.(Eg: Rajgira chikki/laddoo, Aliv laddoo, Rava coconut laddoo). Stop laddoo in case of excessive bleeding; have handful of makhana or cashew. 5. Have rice with legumes for dinner. Note: Do not be part of any diet or exercise program.

Point 4 . Stop only Aliv ladoo in case of excessive bleeding, no need to stop rajgira and rava nariyal ladoos…. That’s what she is saying

There is something amazing about Rujuta....and also about "team Rujuta" . These are the sachin Tendulkar s and R.d . Burmans of nutrition...😀😀 And yet ...they focus on simplicity of info, and presentation. No fusses in the videography, no huge extra arrangements ....but the entire program is wholesome,easy to digest and hence ,utilise well...much like the food Diwekar urges us to eat. I am so grateful to you , Rujuta ..and to everyone else on team Rujuta. ❤️❤️

hi , i am going through peri menopause . From Bangalore. i am 47. I have extreme mood swings. Its terrible actually. Another thing is that i have some kind of back pain always. I do yoga and I am able to but i still have this pain always. also i guess i might have osteoporosis as I also feel my toes are getting folded and stuck for a while unless i get up and shake my legs. Breast size also has gone a bit smaller. again something to upset me. Vagina on one side, I feel is a little numb and this issue was together with constipation. So these are my menopause related issues. Please help Rujuta team. Thanks You in advance and keep posting your wonderful videos.

Good point. Perfectly fine to do it. It won't lose any nutritional value. On the other hand it will become more easy to digest.
