1.Fig and walnut within 15 mts of waking up. 2. Do not skip breakfast. 3. Include a millet at lunch (jowar, bajra, kuttu, ragi); no mixed millets. 4. Bring back the laddoos.(Eg: Rajgira chikki/laddoo, Aliv laddoo, Rava coconut laddoo). Stop laddoo in case of excessive bleeding; have handful of makhana or cashew. 5. Have rice with legumes for dinner. Note: Do not be part of any diet or exercise program.

hi , i am going through peri menopause . From Bangalore. i am 47. I have extreme mood swings. Its terrible actually. Another thing is that i have some kind of back pain always. I do yoga and I am able to but i still have this pain always. also i guess i might have osteoporosis as I also feel my toes are getting folded and stuck for a while unless i get up and shake my legs. Breast size also has gone a bit smaller. again something to upset me. Vagina on one side, I feel is a little numb and this issue was together with constipation.
