I have to pop in to say that I love your Keto recipes! My favorite soup of yours is the Sausage and Kale Soup!! I use Hot Italian Sausage and I always double the recipe because it's sooo fabulous! Perhaps you should post it again for any new followers that you have. It's 80 degrees here in Georgia and I've been waiting for the temps to drop to make this soup. Hi from Tasmania 👋just wanted to know what asiago cheese is, I've never heard of it, another name for another cheese! Or what can I substitute with and thankyou for making your videos, very, very helpful, take care♥️........ugh🙄ok, it's fine I worked it out, parmesan😏🤭all good👍👍
@RuledMe2 жыл бұрын
Asiago cheese is a milk-based cheese. It tastes different depending on age, but we used a semi-hard version that's somewhat similar to parmesan cheese. You could use parmesan or any other semi-hard milk-based cheese to replace it. Seems like you found the answer, though. I hope you enjoy the recipes!

Is there anything I can use instead of an instant pot?
@RuledMe2 жыл бұрын
You can use a pan if you want to, but you may need to cook them slightly differently.
@spinozareader2 жыл бұрын
Yes! (The Instant Pot would overcook those pork loin chops. Though I love my IP and my other pressure cookers.) I saute mushrooms first. No salt, yet. Let them saute till soft and browned. Add onions and appropriate amount of seasonings and saute together until onion is soft. Remove that to a bowl. Wipe out your non-stick skillet. Season the chops and brown in hot oil about three minutes per side. Remove to plate. Put mushroom/onion mixture back into pan and add butter and cream. Bring to a bubble and stir about five minutes. Put cops back into the gravy for a couple minutes just to warm through. Deeee-lish. (Serve with mashed, garlicky, buttery cauliflower.)
@RuledMe2 жыл бұрын
@@spinozareader The is one of the more popular recipes on the website because the pork is so juicy. The IP method does not overcook the pork chops. You're always welcome to cook it on the stovetop, though.

First recipe, the pork chops -- this overcooks the pork by a factor of 2.5 ... 10 minutes a high pressure is plenty. Good recipe, just that detail needs refinement. Trying schnitzel tomorrow!
@RuledMeАй бұрын
I have had some people say it cooks them perfect (moist and tender) and others that say they're dry/tough. I'm not sure if it's because we used a larger instant pot, which may have changed the cook time needed. I'll have to test the recipe again in some different size instant pots to see if adjustments are needed. Hope you enjoy the other recipes!

Watched the first recipe for pork loin (my fav), way too long winded and with special cooking pot required...........This is how you do it "for busy people" - just make a seasoning with whatever you have, (me? Paprika, onion powder, pepper, salt, chilli flakes), coat and fry, in seperate pan fry onions, mushrooms, peppers, brocolli or whatever keto veg you have. Once pork and veg is cooked - serve.
@RuledMe2 жыл бұрын
Stir fry is always going to be one of the lowest effort/fastest to make, hence why we have the skillet meals in the video. This is for people that want to have some different things on their menu and don't just want meat and veggies stir fried for every single meal.

@Autosuffisant Oh lord let me get childish with you for a moment. No matter how good or bad a job is no one can deny it has become a trend for people to use it for positive and possibly negative uses after being paid. Lets not forget that...I'll stop there as to not waste time on trivial matters. Hopefully you get the point between utilization of science, history, cause and affect and hundreds of years of study vs. a few years of study and so on with one being a fad that has disappeared or faded to a few hangers on and one that is a constant and still evolving with continued positive results.
