A month after that, Foley and Garner separate and then soon file for divorce. But before rhe divorce was finalized, she started dating Michael Vartan. Later on she dumped Vartan for Ben (who was no longer woth JLo).

Apparently jlo and Ben are living separately. Ben never looked happy with her but was bored with Gardner when married to her. He’s just an unhappy man and would not be good for Gardner. She needs a grown up who treats her well.
