Luis is fast. But imagine Kipchoge's average pace is 2:52 for 42km.....its insane to even think about it.

Then imagine kiptums pace is 2:51 for 42km 😂 my 1k pb is 2:50 and these guys are running it for a whole marathon. Insane.

sir i am speaking from india. My 1600m run isn't improving, eight laps on the 200m track. About to enter at 6.30 minutes, my time there is about 8 minutes and 10 seconds. I don't have a long stride. It would be better if you give some information on how to reduce the time. Currently my weight is 69 kg
