It's time for a presenter challenge and this time we are taking on a Laser-Run! We've come to Team Bath to visit the Pentathlon GB HQ, and got the help of Olympian Jo Muir to show us the ropes in the shooting range. Can Heather and James finally get the better of Mark? Let's find out!

Cool to see our sport featured on the channel! Fun fact: The format of the laser-run has changed since (well actually before) this video was made to include running first, as 5 600m laps interspersed with 4 rounds of shooting.

You guys should have a go at Hyrox. 8 exercises (indoor row, ski, sled push etc) with 1k run before each. So favours the fast runners. Check it out there's one in Manchester in January. Would make a good GTN challange 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
