Very good video and one hint: while doing calf raises, focus on the downwards (eccentric) movement and go as much down as you can without lifting your foot from the surface. Go down really slowly and controlled, stay at the bottom for a second and push upwards. This eccentric addition to the exercise is going to increase the flexibility and load-bearing capacity of your Achilles tendon and plantar fascia. During the early stadium of inflammation, this eccentric addition is also suitable to accelerate the healing process.

Not disrespect to Lucy as an athlete. Buy why do people don't get a program from a proper s&c coach rather then an person on KZbin. Monster walks performed incorrectly (leading from foot not hips) band should be lower it is placed to high. Bosu ball is just a waste of time do it on the ground. If a surface is soft and pliable it won't be explosive Plyo drops are not to be done unless have enough base strength and understand what a plyo is. It is minimal ground contact time. Squat depth is dependent on your hip structure and ankle mobility. Seek a professional before embarking on any strength training to ensure the exercises are tailored to you
