Here in the East Coast of Canada the temperature has been swinging from -20 to heavy rain and +10 Celsius, and regardless of temp, strong winds. All the rain turning into black ice as temps drop again. Yak tracks and lots of merino wool gear for the win 🙌🏼

Yes not late today! Despite a bike swim day! Soo much snow, epic shots, and great music, loving Eric in some On shoes, well They looked like they were. Simply the best shoes ever. and after 40 years of running and having worn virtually every brand there is, I have some experiance shall we say. anyway Sunday is now complete double session day done, Sunday evening meal is in the oven, and a catch up with all things That Triathlon Life . Also very doggo friendly (my chihuahua runs the house though 🙄) I can send you pictures if ya’ll are interested.
