Ingredients:
Filling:
14 oz frozen shredded coconut, thawed
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
3 Tbsp cooked glutinous rice flour
3 Tbsp water
1/4 tsp pomelo essence
Dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cake flour
1/3 cup syrup
2 Tbsp peanut oil
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour for rolling the dough
Egg Wash:
1 egg yolk
1 tsp water
1/2 tsp sesame oil
The measurements for the molds are as follows:
Stamp Molds: 12 cakes
Each cake: 75 grams or 2 2/3 oz
Dough: 25 grams or 7/8 oz
Filling: 50 grams or 1 3/4 oz
Egg Molds:
Each cake: 30 grams 1 1/8 oz
Dough: 10 grams or 1/3 oz
Filling: 20 grams or 3/4 oz
