if i have 95+ melee stats (95 attack 96 strength 97 defence 98 constitution) 95 prayer with curses but no overloads and 67 summoning would it be worth it to learn rots or high level boss if so what one? im currently doing 2 minute qbd kills 2 kills a trip with just sharks and 1 vial of antifire (no bob)

@@MrBrodman98 don't listen to that dude, ovls are really only helpful for brewing and avoiding drain stats. My first fifty odd Rax kc were on Grand Potions. However ROTS are deceptively tanky and I would highly recommend t85 weapons *at least* for that specific encounter or it will probably be very slow and frustrating, as accuracy is incredibly important there. I can get 55 kills an hour at magister. Im by no means a high level PvMer, do not have t92 weapons or t99 prayer, am using budget perks, do not 4taa and am using my slayer virtus set which has scavenging and genocidal taking up perk slots. That already puts me up to 18m an hour if i make a weapon on the drop rate. People who have all/most of the things i listed above can get 70 kills an hour which would make it 23m an hour. And i bet with the new melee abilities people may be able to get even faster kills. Magister provides one of the highest gps per hour, is a solo boss, very easy to kill and is absolutely amazing experience. And at the same time you can get 400-600k slay xp an hour on task.

to kill boss you need: all combat stats +99/ mostly everything 99 and even prayer with a quest ''Temple at sentenstein'' or how its called.. Nearly 200M well maybe more for a goood gear - melee/range/mage,food,prayer pots,restore pots,familiar pouches and weapon because like noxious scythe costs 146M and auras which can be bought using loyalty points. so all in all.. you spend allmost everything on preparation to kill a boss. :|

It goes beyond that. Starts out as shelling out 180m for ascensions, another 60m for serinic, 35m for luck of the dwarves, 30m for soul amulet and 20m for nightmare gauntlets. That's just gear, dont forget overloads and prayers, so throw 200m on top of that. Your at half a bil, now you can kill rax. Oh you want to try a different boss, but need mage gear? Another 300m to get started on that. Well shit you have range and mage and you've been making decent money with pvm, invest in a melee set up, there goes 200m. Ok you've got t90 all styles, great, you've got decent perks, but you could push your dps another 10% or so if you just got p4e2+aftershock and biting 3 for all styles. There goes (on average) 450m. Now, next step is those badass t99 prayers. Bye 1.5 bil. You're almost there. T92 weps are the last thing, there goes 2 bil. You've finally done it, you've maxed your dps, after having spent 5 bil, you can finally save up for a rare, except you're burnt out. Runescape is just the pursuit of that next 1% buff to your dps

KZbinUser98 u only need the 99s and overloads. Gear doesn't really matter if u have skill. I've done rax on my ironman with crystal hally in bandos

Duo rago is 4-5 kills per hour if you’re decent. avg ens per kill is 8 (80% droprate on ens). So about 32-40 energies/2 = 16-20m per person (or avg 4m per kill on energies per person) Seismics are 1/80 with an avg price of about 115 (wand 80 sing 150). 1.4375m per kill avg on seismics (5.75-7.2m per hour)/2 = about 3-3.6m/h on seismics per person. 19-23.6m per person on energies and seismics. No clue how much the normal drops go for on avg tho. Hope this helps.

good video, unfortunately the mining/smiting rework ruined the drop table for rax. The common drops are terrible due to the stone spirits unless you get onyx's or pheremone. But its still good money building legs. Just not nearly as good.

If RuneScape 3's tick systems weren't so fucking cancerous and the movement didn't feel like you're fighting yourself more than the bosses I bet this game would actually be really well liked, cause these bosses and the way you fight them is actually very reminiscent of how MMOs feel like they should be when confronting boss enemies, swapping weapons, constant use of consumables, and a huge amount of abilities to choose from. But alas Jagex won't do it since they make enough from destroying the integrity of the game with MTX and don't care about bringing new players to the game.

The average total drop would be the middle between the average rare drops and the average common drops, not each of them added together. I’m not sure how you thought that made sense. You don’t get them both in the same kill.

No it wouldn't. It would be a weighted average for them both - it is correctly calculated don't think about it too much. The way I presented it was confusing I admit. It was correctly calculated for the time, but it is out of date now, enjoy.

Hey man i got something to tell you that is pretty important info about something wrong in this video. Im sorry but I couldnt help but notice the averages are wrong. For correct averaging you need to add the rare and common drops then divide by the amount of numbers you added together. In this case there are 2 numbers. For instance on nex the average rare is 566k the common average is 458k. You would add those and divide by two. Your actual average would be 512k per drop. Im not trying to be rude just trying to help you out
