I used to really love watching Prop Hunt vids on Garry's Mod and the prospect of having it in OSRS is really cool. However I feel like it's missing the tension of Prop Hunt from other games. The fact you can infinitely right click props to see if they're a player really takes away from the competitivenes and the tension that other games have where you need to shoot the props and get punished by losing HP for shooting an actual prop opposed to a player. I think having a limited amount of right click examine options (or simply have a right click examine counter) would help add some more tension into the game mode. Alongside this you'd have to hide the action indicator on the top-left of the game window as well. There just needs to be a proper fail condition IMO.

The random events are like playing prop-hunt on a tower-united gmod server, where you'd be forced to play a sound if you weren't found with like a minute left in the round. Only they're random and can very much screw you over. I think that bowl of clay bricks is actually a basket of apples, and the older model at that.
