Hello everyone, and welcome to another Episode of Runescape Rankings, a series in which I.. Rank things.. in Old School Runescape. Toady we will be going through what I think are the best boss pets in Old School Runescape. Obviously this list is subjective so feel free to let me know what you think of the list! I factored how much I enjoy the presentation of the pet, along with how impressed I am when I see one. Not all pets are created equal, and we will debate that in this video!

Nowhere did I say that I did MLM all the way to 99. It's funny how you think just because I'm 99 mining, that I have sub 16mil mining xp though. My bad for not stating my virtual level of 101. Kind of seems like you just commented to talk shit/flex for no reason. Next time, you should learn how to write a grammatically correct sentence before you do. Also, why would I be camping MLM if I'm trying to get the pet, when Amethyst, Rock Gems, and Volcanic Mine have better odds?

Yeah, Sara is also a pretty easy boss IMO that noobs can easily do.

Saradomin pet is the most unique out of all the pets and among the best looking one. Its 1/5000 and pretty rare. Getting 70 agility to start doing it makes it a pretty big req to even start doing the pet. Zilyana is the only humanoid pet in the game that also has some of the best color scheme and designs in the game..she represents saradomin with angels.. i mean bruh

@@Tm-oe8ch there are multiple pets that have a 1/5000 DR though. You can get 30 kills an hour easy probably more and 70 agility is not a big req at all lol.

@@JohntehGman 70 agil is a requirement from the rarest 99 in osrs.. barely anybody likes doing agility. Also it doesnt matter kills per hour lol. The pet is the most unique one in the game and one of the most likeable while being one of the rarest pets in osrs at same time. It has alot going for it. So in short, its a fun boss to grind while being rare. Unlike a boring boss that nobody wants to do and therefore making it rare.

@@Tm-oe8ch Uhh yes Kills per hour actually does mean something lol it dictates how rare it is which adds or takes away from pets as an achievement. Also 70 agility is obtained pretty fast compared to things that require much highers stats such as uhh idk sire pet, cerb pet, smokey pet lmao and again, it's not that rare at all lmaoa ctually 11 other pvm pets are more rare than it

That pet is so good, people do kbd on a black dragon task. Without the pet it makes no sense to do kbd.

I did forget it when I commentated through, however I did rank it, gave it a 3.5 (5 for looks 2 for impressed) Sorry to all the KBD folk, just one of the easiest bosses to get into so I can't rank it highly :(

Loved the vid! Only difference is I would rank the pheonix impressive score a lot lower. Despite its rarity, it is one of if not the most common pet in the game due to how many accounts have grinded wintertodt. It may look nice but I struggle to view it as an achievement

Got a giant squrrel last year at 13 agility when I was new to the game. No idea what it was. People on reddit were telling me something cool happens if I die with it following me. One person begged me for my osrs ID so they could pay the insurance for me just to put their mind at ease. The one and only time I've felt impressive in this game.

i'd honestly put kraken at the bottom, at least with chaos ele you have to go to wilderness and with chompy you have to deal with the tedium of chompy hunting. kraken is almost afk lol

I grinded for elemental and just got Skotos. To some they are ugly, but I love them! Once you put in loooooong hours for a pet you appreciate it 100000x more!

Its your list so I won't nitpick, but does seem a bit inconsistent. This pet is colored xyz so i like it/hate it, same colors different pet totally opposite rating. This pet is more impressive because it's not meta, rates a pet that IS meta and more common as more impressive (looking at you Phoneix). But whatever was a fun watch.

My only two pets in game now are Vorki (same drop as a shield Left Half... I was pissed about hitting RDT so much I didn’t notice the pet.) and now a 59k Rock Golem gotten on an Ironman Powermining Iron. 1/700000 some chance according to wiki. I don’t get lucky often, but when I do, apparently my luck is intense.

Imagine thinking the farming pet is as impressive to have as the penance queen pet. A lot obviously comes down to personal preference, but that particular comparison really irked me. One is from a passive skill that basically everyone kinda does more or less and one is from an insanely nieche minigame and you actually have to grind it without any reasonable expectation of reward because pet rolls compete for points with the stuff you actually want from the minigame for the diaries

noooo man chaos ele is a great pet because it's an iconic one from original RS, one of the first bosses ever put in the game! Even though it's easy to get, it's also fun to get because it's in wild and you have to deal with pkers to get it. Everyone remembers their first time in wildy dying to chaos ele haha

Took me 24m farming xp for groot. I literally grinded farming every day. Doing all the essential runs for the best chance at pet. One day I just quit farming. Planted a bunch of random willows. A month later i randomly clicked the check health at the varrock tree patch I got groot off one of the damn Willow trees... smfh. Huge adrenaline rush though!
