Everybody Is Going To Heaven came out the week I got out of prison. In a lot of ways that album helped me cope with what I'd just gone through, and the year of house arrest and probation that followed. This album feels like a homecoming too, as well as a natural step up from their previous releases. This band has played such a major role in my life unlike any other group. Thank you guys. After the last record I somehow was convinced they would stay with this new tune, but they kind of mixed the new with the youth-style in a way and I can only say I'm glad they did. The first eight songs, except for In the middle of it all, are such jams with really nice melodies and all somehow addictive. I couldn't help but smile while I listened to these songs in a row yesterday when I was out running errands and I was taking my time while doing so because I just enjoyed walking around and diving into these songs. The other songs on the records don't do much for me, but I don't care about that. Now all that's left to say is ... daaamn guys, please come to Europe. I really wanna see you guys live.
