Have been wanting to watch this video since it was released, and so glad I got to see it for the first time with you girls. Ali Sethi is just pure LOVE! Don’t think I’ve ever NOT liked anything done by him. ❤️ As for the video....what a breath of fresh air!! For us in Canada, Spring just arrived early 😉 Such a wonderful concept - the way it embraced so many different forms of love in Ali’s signature inimitable positive style. He just makes me smile from ear to ear! 😄 PS I can just foresee him getting a whole lot of criticism for the video...but then that’s what he always sets out to do - produce stuff that’s not just beautiful, but also bold, challenging and defying all norms! Loved the reaction as always! 🌹❤️

I came here after Pasoori by coke studio, because that song gave me soooo much hope. Just watching how queerness can be rooted in our desiness. I could only see the video for Rung via your reaction, because Ali Sethi made it restricted from viewing in Pakistan. And I have to thank you, because I am blown away by this video and the song. Ali Sethi has been abused by PTI trolls on twitter (as he is Najam Sethi's son) that he only sings covers and just a mimic artist. What a way to shut them up. Edit: Just saw the original video too now and he has turned off comments on his video due to PTI trolls)

@@JyotiSardar It stands for Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf which is the ruling party in Pakistan right now with Imran Khan as its leader. Ali Sethi is son of Najam Sethi who was chairman of Pakistan cricket board during the last regime and also a care taker chief minister of Punjab during 2008 elections. Imran Khan accused him of rigging the elections in favor of Nawaz Sharif the previous prime minister. So PTI supporters have been abusing Ali Sethi since 2013 which is very sad. Why bring politics into music. They also dont spare Ali Sethi's sister Mira Sethi who is an actress.

Many Pakistanies regardless of their political affiliation were bitter about Najam Sethi because of his controversial decisions in cricket board. Besides many viewers used to troll Ali for doing covers only. It is sad what this comment is depicting. I knw alot of PTI voters and supporters who love Ali and I knw many who hate PTI and troll Ali too.
