Lucy got a really important question/request for you: Can u plz do a whole video dedicated to a 15min post run cooldown stretch and if you can also, a pre-run mobility stretch prep for however long you do it for (and do u actually do a pre-run stretch prep because I know nick bare does)..Anyway, cheers!

Hello Lucy I have changed to hybrid training since watching your videos you’re a big inspiration let’s keep pushing! 🤩💪✌️

So cool you're doing TSP! The heat in CA/NV is different than that in Florida, it's a dry heat, so doing heat training in a sauna can help, and stay hydrated as you're traveling. You're gonna crush it! Can't wait to see it.

Lucy you’re amazing!! What a superwoman you are. I just ran my first race on the weekend (14kms) it was so so hard but I’m so glad I got it done! Half marathon next :-)

Incredibly useful, thank you! I've taken note of the leg workout you provided, which I'll implement as I'm at the beginning of my training plan for my 100km non-stop Race to the Stones in a few months. You are right, you don't want those legs getting tired out before the finish. Good luck on your LA-->LV ultra!

This is brilliant. I wish wish wish wish wish I’d done strength work specially for runners before I knackered my knee. I wish more people took it seriously. Stability esp hip and core strength are SOOOOO important for avoiding injury. Good luck with everything Lucy. ❤

You have so many cool races and experiences ahead! It's very interesting to see your data, I'm training for my first mara and my HRV and RHR are not great right now, but we're supposed to be fatigued in the middle of that kinda training I guess? Would love to hear more about your experiences with RHR, HRV, sleep and recovery when your training load increases/is really high, and if you find that if affects your energy, mood and racing performance.

Absolutely love your videos Lucy, so motivating, I always look forward to them. Probably best to leave the swearing out though, don’t think the sponsors will like it. Just saying! Anyway, keep up the good work, I’m sure you will.

Is it not better to do plyometrics at the beginning of a session when your legs are freshest because they're an explosive movement?
@LucyDavisFit9 ай бұрын
Not for me because my goals are still to maintain strength and muscle, so I don’t want to be fatigued at the end of the session for these movements 😄
