Whenever they do have another race on their shows it’s 90% of the time white Europeans or white North Americans. Whenever a character goes overseas he’s/she’s either in France, England or USA aka predominantly white countries. I won’t get into more politics and history but that’s where I am coming from. Their reaction to darker skinned people or black people is usually way different from White people. But at the end of the their culture is based on family and keeping it in the family. White fair skin is more favourite than darker skin so how we expect people with inferior complex mentality or self hate issues to accept someone who is black skin? Plus why black people looking for acceptance and approval from whites and now asians? It breaks my heart and its really sad how human mind, body and soul are fragile and can be programmed into anything or anyway..personally i say marry within your own race so you don't go thru shit like this and your kids dont suffer...it doesnt mean hate others just do your kids justices and save them from the heartache later in life😌 i wish the world was better place but it aint n never will be...humans are shit

Wow... That was really hard. It's such an amazing thing to watch and hear about such love stories, it's a motivation to some people in such situations. He's a great teacher indeed always jolly.

I wasn’t accepted as well by my Korean mom-in-law at first because I came from a developing country. Old generations think if you were born and raised there majority aren’t educated and etc. Anyway to cut the story short and as what Gabriel did I showed actions so now we’re living as a great multicultural family.☺️

It's not about race or country, if you're a rich person from a developing country, richer than even most Koreans, they will highly respect you. It's just a coincidence that race and country usually does determine your wealth.

@@Cxs1a3Speaking of rich, it doesn't matter too if you're rich or not they generalize it according to your country of origin. My parents even owned apartments and we're born and raised in metropolitan city and finished our Bachelor's degree at young age. Unlike my in-laws who still works here even though they're already senior citizen plus they live in province area not even Seoul . They should be thankful I agree to marry their son as Im well capable of being independent but their son fell inlove with me what can I do?! I used to be a career woman too in my home country before meeting my husband but it hits different once you enter their country and become jobless here because you can't speak the language well. Despite the achievements you had in your origin country once you choose to marry someone from here youre just below. Btw Im not trying to generalize old Korean parents as this is based from my personal experience.😬😁

As an Asian man who has dated outside my race, I too have faced biotry. It mostly came from the dad who often times would say "why" or "it won't last." Today I am married to a Caucasian woman with 2 great boys. Love is love and it doesn't matter the partner.

that's awesome. I usually fin asian mothers to be more against marrying white women then the dads.

That is wonderful, I thought some Asian parents were wary of their kids dating a black person, but it sounds by your case this happens to anyone outside their race.
