JP is the best! The guru of functional running exercises. I love that anatomy is discussed and solid and easy to understand reasons on why and how to perform these exercises are given.

Hey JP, great video. Love the analysis with the targeted exercises. My daughter has a crossover, where her steps cross the midline. Have you done a session on this defect? If not are you able to do this one? Regards Kris.

Nothing really worked for me except increase cadence to at least 180steps per minute. By doing that, gravity won't have enough time to pull your weight down too much.

Its glute weakness, medius and maximus. Mine was also about weight transfer in transition. Hope you sort it.
