Agreed. I save all my favorites. at least over 30 min to 1hr, then turn it on when I go to bed. It helps turn off my mind to the insanity of the day. Will almost always drift off within the hour. Yes, a lifesaver.

My highschool cross country coach actually taught us a lot about nutrition, fitness, and mental endurance. I still use his hydration and dietary tips, stretching routines of his, and breathing exercises he taught my team. Most memorable saying of his that I still quote today is "Kids, best thing to have after a run is a banana and a beer." Thanks, Coach Aguilar!!!

I saw him at a small club years back and laughed until I cried at several of his jokes. That's been about fifteen years ago and my wife and I still reference his jokes. Very, very funny guy. He needs a show based around his comedy the way they did Tim Allen.

This guy is a sitcom script away from stardom. His jokes are short, mostly back handed, simple, and most importantly HILARIOUS... with a dash of self deprecation. Most comics nowadays write jokes like rubiks cubes (long and complex) and that’s ok but simple jokes can get the job done just as well, as long as they are funny and delivered correctly.
