Did the Swisspeak and other 200+ milers and recovery looks like that: Complete rest for few days with terrible or no-sleep for the first nights. Cramps and DOMS. Eat as much as you can, ice bath and massage. Walk around for a week or so. Week 3: swim and walk Week 4: swim and cycle Week 5: try running again

Jaw dropping footage with an excellent commentary. Jeff’s films are a healthy mixture of his personal journey along with event information and a travel guide for those considering them. His mood is calming and positive even when exhausted! This is very Tor like (which is a great film) with more advanced mapping that compliments the beautiful landscape recordings. Easy to watch and inspiring! Class 👍
