So, for anyone who remembers me and my botched first race ever (heart rate shot up to 200 right in the middle of it, had to walk the rest but finished): I actually have an arrhythmia diagnosis AND surgery scheduled for September 4th. Finally. After that I hope to finally be able to consistently train and I couldn't have done ANY of it without you, Ben and Mary. You made me decide I'm a runner and I'll do whatever it takes to make running happen. After having suffered with this dang tachycardia for 30 years. THANK YOU! This video is just what I needed... one day I WILL finish a marathon. 🏃🏻‍♀️💨

Well done :) The NY marathon includes about half the road round Central Park. If you need a 10k warm up run, the road all the way round the park is a very nice one :)
