Running wheel 3 of a 4 wheel safe lock (Manipulation tip)

While running wheel 3 by 2 of a 4 wheel safe lock it occurred to me that people newer to manipulation of safe locks might not be aware that they do not have to dial the complete combination, only the wheel being run and any past it in the combination. So in this video I show how I do it.
