Hari Om Rupert I love your teachings but may I express a doubt? Between the thoughts albeit there is a gap and knowing is present - it seems it is due to the bodily sensations that are a constant feedback to the brain(I am a doctor) and therefore it need not be construed as a second element. That is why it is absent in sleep Kindly forgive me for being dumb some doctors are. Love you. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
