Here in western Canada the temps are cooling with daytime highs of 15 - 23ish (perfect temps for me). Some areas have had the 1st frost at night but my area has not. I will be harvesting the remaining veggies from my garden this week and picking the apples just in case we get frost.

Love that you've used so much natural material- and you're a braver woman than me using pyracantha- it seems to spike me if I so much as trim an errant shoot! If ever you come across wheel trims on your walks (who doesn't- I usually leave them a few days just in case anybody comes back for them) the wires make brilliant bases for your homemade vine wreaths.

A fitting wreath to garnish your beautiful front door. Love the curved wood brackets on the porch. They remind me of Swedish front porches. The chair looks great with the pot. I would put a round mirror, or tray large enough to rest on the seat of the chair to elevate the pot and reflect the light. Love everything you did and I took your advice after watching your last video and went thrifting at the antique mall which quite astonishingly have better prices than the thrift stores around me. Wishing you were my neighbour so I could enjoy seeing your home on a daily basis. ;o)

I have dried then but always get a mess. I tried the hairspray but it wasn’t all that affective. Looking forward to your next post.

Good question! It’s all in the timing of the picking. Then I find if I keep them somewhere dark and cool to dry they do so much better 😊

😍😍😍 If I didn’t know better, I’d be convinced that your home, decor, property, etc were in my home state of Tennessee🧡 This video felt completely like home and the state that owns my heart. Before moving to SC 3 years ago, we lived in the Great Smoky Mountains of East TN….everyone calls that area “God’s Country” and rightfully so.
