In this video, Bill Freese goes over the web thinning and lip correction operations on the Model 132 Drill Grinder.
In this case, he sets the zero-mark to 180, tilt to 15 degrees, clearance set to 18, and uses a #4 cam, with no oscillation. The index is then set to the number 10 slot to grind the first side, then indexed to the number 4 slot to grind the second side.
As a general rule, you want to thin the web of the drill in the center to about 1/10th of the diameter.
For lip correction, index to the green slots on either side of the head when grinding.
