15:34 - "Bad wig" woman is the very talented Ziyi Zhang from 'Memoirs of a Geisha' and 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon'. I'm sure you've seen CTHD, but if you haven't I _strongly_ recommend it! Also, 'Hero' and 'House of Flying Daggers'. And perhaps some day a few WKW films - such as 'The Grandmaster'. :) As for Jackie, you really can't go wrong with too many of his '80s and '90s movies... from 'Police Story' 1-3 to 'Drunken Master II' and 'Who Am I?'

Jet li and jackie chan were releasing movie's regularly, film's like crouching tiger hidden dragon being made, and more martial arts film's from around the world got wider releases. Even fight choreographers from asian cinema were breaking into hollywood. Name's like Corey yuen and yuen woo ping, were used to marked movie's, the transporter, musketeers 2001, house of flying daggers, ong bak. I miss those day's.

Jackie has done a lot of sequels to multiple franchises. This was the first one for Tucker and he got a $20 million payday. All of this one is magnificent. Such a step up from the original. Chan & Tucker just own it from front to back. Chris Tucker actually became good friends with Michael Jackson. They did the video for "You Rock My World" together (good watch too). Rush Hour 3 was going to be in New York and Jackie was excited for it. He made one of his first American studio films in NY called "The Protector" (1985). 9/11 went down and changed everything. Jackie was also going to do a movie with the working title "Nosebleed", that was coincidently about the twin towers and a terrorist plot. Other than that, RH2 was one of the best summer films of 2001.

The second Rush Hour will always be my favorite in the trilogy. I grew up in Las Vegas when they were constructing the Red Dragon set. It was formerly the Desert Inn Hotel and Casino. Today the Wynn Encore stands in it's place. My father drove by it when we were going to the Fashion Show Mall and we all thought it was just another new casino being built. When we saw this film in theaters, it was really surprising to see this and the Forum Shoppes at Caesars Palace. A lot as changed in Vegas since this movie was filmed.

I’ve been watching this movie for over 20 years and I never realized it was under 90 minutes. I love when editors make “short” or “long” movies because they had to not consider the 90-120 minute expectation and just find the right pace and serve the story. So when I see extra long or extra short movies I see that as an omen of a better movie.

Loved y’all’s reaction. A side note: The original plans for Rush Hour 3 were scrapped after 9/11.

Imagine if the roles had been reversed where Lee and Carter were in LA and they have to fight some Hood Gangsters. I’d imagine Lee accidentally punching Carter and it going something like this: LEE PUNCHES CARTER LEE: “Sorry, Carter!” CARTER: “Lee!” LEE: “You all sound alike!”

Now that you saw some of his Hollywood stuff , you gotta react to Jackie Chan's classic Hong Kong films, i highly recommend Police Story and Police Story 3 with Michelle Yeoh

Also check out Thunderbolt (1995). The only Jackie Chan film where he did not do his own stunts or any martial arts. He plays a racecar driver, that's it. The reason why is because he was still recovering from his broken leg from Rumble In The Bronx (1995).
